RON is ideal for busy professionals, travelers, or anyone needing notarization without leaving their home or office.
This convenient service is legally recognized in Texas and many other states, offering a safe, fast, and efficient alternative to in-person appointments.
To get started, you'll need:
- A valid, unexpired government-issued ID
- A stable internet connection
- A smartphone or computer with a camera and microphone

How It Works – Step-by-Step
1. Request Your Appointment
Just click the button to book your RON appointment—pick a day and time that works for you! Once you're scheduled, I’ll send you a secure link to get everything started. It’s that easy!
2. Upload Your Documents
You’ll upload the documents you need notarized using the secure platform.
3. Identity Verification
Before we begin, you’ll verify your identity using your government-issued photo ID. This step includes credential analysis and knowledge-based authentication (KBA), which is like answering security questions.
4. Meet Online
At your appointment time, you’ll join a live video call with me. I’ll confirm your identity and walk you through the document.
5. Sign & Notarize
You’ll e-sign the document during the session, and I’ll apply my electronic notary seal in real time.
6. Download Your Notarized Document
Once complete, you’ll receive a copy of your fully notarized document for download and use.
A single document can be notarized for $35. If your document requires more than one notary seal, each additional notary seal will cost $10. If witnesses will be required there will be an extra fee per witness. You may bring your own witness or have the RON platform provide one for you.
