Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Thank you for choosing Notary Signing Solutions. We understand that schedules can change and strive to be flexible while respecting reserved appointment times.  We value your time—and ours—and appreciate advance notice when plans change. 

Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients and maintain an efficient schedule.

 Late Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $75 cancellation fee
   
• Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment, or arriving more than 15 minutes late, will be considered a no-show and may result in a $75 fee
   
• No-show appointments require a new booking and payment to reschedule

If notarization services have already been performed, full payment of the agreed service fee is required, regardless of whether the transaction is completed or canceled afterward.

Clients are expected to be fully prepared at the time of the appointment. This includes having all required documents ready, all necessary signers present, valid identification available, and any required witnesses.

If an appointment cannot proceed due to incomplete documents, missing parties or witnesses, or lack of proper identification, a $50 appointment time fee will apply.

This fee may be waived or applied toward a rescheduled appointment at our discretion.
