An apostille is a certification issued by the Secretary of State that verifies the authenticity of a public document so it can be recognized in a foreign country that is part of the Hague Apostille Convention.

You need an apostille if you're sending U.S. documents for use in a foreign country that requires authentication under the Hague Convention. Common uses include:

  • International adoptions

  • Studying or working abroad

  • Dual citizenship

  • Marriage in a foreign country

  • Business transactions

 Some commonly apostilled documents include:

  • Birth, death, and marriage certificates

  • Divorce decrees

  • Power of attorney

  • Diplomas and transcripts

  • FBI background checks

  • Notarized affidavits and letters

  • Corporate and legal documents

Yes. If your document requires notarization, we can notarize it first before submitting it for the apostille process.

Standard processing typically takes 2–5 business days after submission. Expedited or same-day options may be available depending on the document and location.

We’ll need:

  • The document(s) to be apostilled

  • The country where the document will be used

  • A valid photo ID

  • Completed intake form

  • Payment for services

Yes. We can guide you or assist with out-of-state documents, but they must be submitted to the correct state authority where the document was issued.

We do not provide in-house translation, but we can refer you to certified translation services if your documents require translation before or after apostille.

Yes, we offer mobile service and local pickup for your convenience. We also offer remote consultations to guide you through the process.

Remote Online Notarization (RON) allows you to get your documents notarized entirely online from the comfort of your home or office. Using secure audio-video technology, we can verify your identity and notarize your documents in real time, no matter where you're located. This convenient service is legally recognized in Texas and many other states, offering a safe, fast, and efficient alternative to in-person appointments.

To get started, you'll need:

  • A valid, unexpired government-issued ID

  • A stable internet connection

  • A smartphone or computer with a camera and microphone

Most common documents can be notarized via RON, including power of attorney, affidavits, real estate forms, parental consent forms, and more. Some exceptions may apply based on state or country requirements.

If the identity check fails, we can attempt it again or discuss alternative solutions. You'll need to answer a few personal questions and submit a clear photo of your government-issued ID.

After confirming your appointment, I’ll send you a secure payment link. The fee covers one document and one notarization; additional charges apply for extra documents.

Absolutely. All sessions use encrypted technology, meet legal standards, and include a recorded video of the notarization to ensure full compliance and security.
